Michael F. Barile DC, PT is a co-founder and co-owner of Hoosier Physical Therapy. He is a native Fort Wayne, IN and graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School. He received his chiropractic degree in 1990 from Palmer College in Davenport, IA graduating as Valedictorian of his class. He received his physical therapy degree in 1997 from Indiana University in Indianapolis, IN graduating summa cum laude with highest distinction. Dr. Barile specializes in the conservative treatment and rehabilitation of spinal disorders.
Jeffrey L. Ciocca, PT

Jeffrey L. Ciocca, PT is a co-founder and co-owner of Kendallville Physical Therapy. He is a native of Fort Wayne, IN and a graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School. He received his physical therapy degree in 1993 from Indiana University in Indianapolis, IN. Mr. Ciocca specializes in orthopedic, sports, back, and neck injuries with a special interest in joint replacement rehabilitation.
Chandy Handshoe, PTA
Chandy Handshoe is a PTA at Kendallville Physical Therapy. She was born and raised in Kendallville, IN and is a graduate of the East Noble High School Class of 2009. She received her physical therapy assistant degree from Brown Mackie in 2014. She is trained in the application of Kinesio Tape and IASTM.
